The team
Jörg Buß
Jörg is currently Co-Founder & Managing Director of HOKOHOKO Media and Scientific Advisory Board Member at Digital Building Solutions (DBS). In 2014 he founded and managed the data-driven real estate and location Checkmyplace and managed it as Managing Director for 6 years. He then worked as Managing Director Austria at Pricehubble. Jörg also founded DREA/apti together with Julia and Ferdi and has been a board member ever since. Since 2023, he has also taken on the role of moderator for apti at various international events.
Julia Arlt
Julia is the Global Digital Real Estate Leader at PwC where she works on deals strategy, digital real estate consulting, new product development, fundraising, M&A and startup collaboration. She is a serial entrepreneur, who co-founded the pan-European FUTURE:PropTech event that was acquired by CRE:Tech. Due to her extensive, international network, she is called "The Queen of PropTech" by her team. Furthermore, Julia founded DREA Digital Real Estate Association/apti (Austrian PropTech Initiative) in 2017 together with Ferdinand and Jörg and has been a member of the board ever since.
Ferdinand Dietrich
Ferdi is an entrepreneur and investor focused on digitalization. As the founder of Storebox, he redefined urban infrastructure by developing smart Last-Mile logistics and decentralized Micro-Hubs. Today, Ferdi uses his experience to help the startup ecosystem grow. He serves as an Advisory Board Member for several companies, providing strategic guidance on scaling and digital transformation. As a VC Supporting Partner and Business Angel, he mentors founders and bridges the gap between venture capital and operational success. Ferdi is also a Co-founder and Board Member of Digital Real Estate Association, where he helps drive digital innovation across the European property market.
