About
Technology is revolutionizing the way of thinking
in the Real Estate Industry.
The apti award was launched in the year 2019 by the apti (Austrian PropTech Initiative).
The award recognizes the most innovative tech solutions in the international Real Estate sector.
Tech providers and startups in the Real Estate sector can apply themselves or be promoted via third parties. Both national and international startups have the opportunity to apply in the categories. The application phase in 2024 runs between May-July.
A high-caliber jury (selected from the category sponsors and high-ranking VCs or business angels) will select two finalists per category in a pre-selection process. The finalists of each category will then be invited to the award ceremony at the famous Expo Real in Munich.

During this period tech providers and startups in the real estate sector can apply themselves or be promoted via third parties.
Evaluation of the applications received
A high-caliber jury (selected from the category sponsors and high-ranking VCs or business angels) will select two finalists per category in a pre-selection process.
The two nominees per category will be published.
Two finalists per category were selected by the top-class jury. As soon as they have accepted their nomination, the finalists will be published.
Award Ceremony at the famous Expo Real in Munich
The winners in each category will be announced at the Expo Real trade fair in Munich.
